Job Responsibilities:
To perform setup and operates all systems meeting guests, clients and customer’s expectations and requirements
To report to the Assist Director of Facilities and Facilities Manager for any abnormal conditions noticed at any time, especially with life safety related equipment or installation
To ensure that after completion of each job the place of work is left in clean condition, with particular emphasis on guest areas.
To inspect regularly the function and safe operation of all equipment under his/her jurisdiction
To perform, at least weekly, a routine inspection of all operational areas (including plant rooms) and report any equipment malfunction to the Assist Manager of Facilities and Facilities Engineer
To control closely the consumption of material by tradesmen of his section
To prepare requisitions for material necessary for the job performed by his subordinates and control the issue and consumption of such material
To submit monthly and weekly work schedules
To perform other duties outside the normal routine, if so required, within the scope of the department
To supervise personally all hazardous works, including working at height, and ensure that all safety procedures are strictly observed
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years working experience, from a hospitality related industry, properties and building management in similar capacity
Degree/Diploma/Certificates in Electrical, Electronic, Building Services, Mechanical or other related discipline
Good command in spoken and written Cantonese/ English. Preferably understand and able to communicate in basic Mandarin
Experience or knowledge of spa equipment operation is preferable
