You will be responsible for managing all aspects of self-performing concrete work, from planning and coordinating to overseeing execution and completion.

You will be the key liaison between our company and our clients, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.

This position is perfect for a dynamic, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and has a passion for construction.

Responsibilities: Overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of self-performing concrete work on construction projects.

Managing project development from initiation to closure, including budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and safety management.

Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and project teams, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication at all stages of the project.

Resolving any issues or delays that may impact project delivery, using problem-solving skills and industry knowledge to develop effective solutions.

Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in the construction industry.

Regularly reviewing and reporting on project status, making recommendations for improvements or adjustments as needed.

Leading and motivating project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on self-performing concrete work.

Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct diverse teams.

Excellent client service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and resolve project-related issues effectively.

Proficiency in using project management software and other industry-related tools.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Professional certifications in Project Management or Construction Management are a plus.

Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel as required.
