Our Am Law 200 client is seeking a mid-level real estate associate to join their real estate practice in their Baltimore, Tysons, or Washington, DC office. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, law firm experience and superb writing and drafting skills. The ideal candidate will also possess 4+ years of experience in real estate transactions with a particular emphasis on leasing matters (including office, retail and industrial). Experience working with developer is preferred. They are particularly interested in candidates who are ambitious, detail-oriented and want to work in a collaborative environment to help grow and support their real estate practice.
