Need middle-aged (35-55) board-certified Internist to join thriving, independent 3-physician Concierge Internal Medicine Practice in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Very competitive starting salary and benefits. Requires experience in both office and hospital. Partnership opportunity after the first three years. Excellent, friendly and very helpful office staff with little turnover. You would be on call for your own patients throughout the week, but you get 3 out of 4 weekends off. Six weeks paid vacation per year. Your panel of patients can be as large or as small as you want it to be. State of the art hospital facilities available. Eastern Virginia Medical School in nearby Norfolk provides opportunities for academic teaching and/or research position. Elementary and high schools are excellent in this area and have a good reputation throughout the state. Lots of history here. Virgina Beach is a great place to live and raise a family. It is relatively safe with regard to crime. There are lots of recreational activities, including water sports, hockey, baseball. Our office is only a few miles from the resort beach. Mountain sports and skiing are only 3.5 hours away. Great weather most of the time. Mild winters.
