Cambodia: Director of Sales and Marketing

We are in search of a DOSM to head up our 5 star hospitality client's Sales and Marketing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging an international audience, however a proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with the resorts objectives and market demand.

Lead and inspire the sales and marketing team to achieve and exceed their targets.

Establish strong relationships with industry partners, travel agencies, and corporate clients to drive business to the resort.

Oversee the resorts digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to enhance online presence and engagement.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with the resort management team to develop packages, promotions, and events that appeal to our target markets.

Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact and ROI.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Director of Sales and Marketing or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury resort setting.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving sales and marketing goals.

Excellent understanding of sales and marketing strategies, digital marketing, and revenue management.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building and maintaining relationships.

Strategic thinker with a creative mindset to innovate and stay ahead of market trends.
