MANUFACTURING ELECTRICIAN

Chase Staffing is currently looking to hire an Electrician for an excellent Manufacturing company in the Roanoke/Vinton Area!

This position would pay between $25-$30/HR (DOE) and the working hours would be Monday - Friday 7AM - 3PM

Requirements:

2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience

Industrial electrical knowledge is required, with a state electrician license preferred.

Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods

Working knowledge of tools and common devices

Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills

Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience with process controls, PLCâ s, and VFDâ s also a plus

Experience interpreting electrical schematics and drawings.

Help maintain buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.

Perform maintenance of electrical systems (Troubleshooting of 3-phase motors and systems.)

Utilize mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills in troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
