About Us:

Area 2 Farms designs, builds and operates farms as a new form of critical infrastructure. Our farms are rooted in the oldest techniques and powered by the newest technologies, enabling us to grow organic always-in-season food within 10 miles of 90% of Americans.

About the Role:

As the Head of Business Operations, you will be an integral architect of our future, and the future of a new American food system. You will lead the charge in establishing and optimizing every aspect of our business. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive franchise development strategy:

Develop thorough evaluation criteria and conduct in-depth due diligence.

Establish efficient lead generation and qualification processes.

Build and manage a high-performing team

Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

Establish and optimize operational procedures:

Develop training programs and support systems.

Implement technology solutions to streamline processes and track performance.

Analyze data and drive continuous improvement:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for optimization.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience.

Proven track record of success in building and scaling systems, with experience in operations management, and a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and business growth.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans.

Data-driven approach and strong analytical skills.

Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for driving growth.

Prior experience within the United States Military, or a franchising system, is highly desirable.
