Job Summary: The Head of Operations oversees the day-to-day activities of the organization to ensure efficient operations and delivery of products or services.

They play a critical role in optimizing processes, managing resources, and driving continuous improvement to achieve business goals.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity, minimize costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and facilities, to ensure efficient use and allocation.

Streamline business processes, workflows, and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Establish and enforce quality standards and compliance with regulatory requirements to maintain product/service excellence.

Lead and mentor operational teams to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, sales, and marketing, to align operational activities with business objectives.

Evaluate and implement technology solutions to enhance operational effectiveness and automation.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness.

Key Deliverables Operational Efficiency Resource Management & Optimization Process Improvement & Quality Assurance Team Leadership & Development Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in operations management roles, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or retail industries.

Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address operational challenges.

Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in operations management..
