Delivery Driver

Pescheria Fishmonger, a distinguished retail outlet specializing in fresh line fish, seafood, and upscale specialty products such as truffles, foie gras, and caviar, is seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence by ensuring timely and safe delivery of our premium products while representing our brand prominently as you navigate through the city.

Key Responsibilities: •Ensure timely delivery of goods to various destinations, keeping in mind the importance of cold chain management to preserve product quality.

•Drive responsibly and maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the delivery vehicle, which serves as a moving advertisement for our business.

•Conduct pre-delivery vehicle checks and coordinate regular vehicle service and maintenance with the assistance of the General Manager.

•Uphold the company's reputation by providing exceptional service during deliveries, acting as a professional representative of Pescheria Fishmonger.

•Adhere to all traffic and delivery regulations and guidelines, ensuring safe delivery practices.

•Complete Delivery Logs and submit same to management Qualifications: •Must possess a valid South African driver’s license and a Public Driving Permit (PDP). •Experience in cold chain deliveries, demonstrating an understanding of the requirements for handling perishable goods.

•Excellent time management skills to maintain punctuality and efficiency in delivery schedules.

•Strong organizational skills to effectively handle delivery documentation and coordinate vehicle maintenance.

•Friendly and professional demeanor, with the ability to represent our brand positively in public.
