As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Fire and Water Restoration Supervisor to join our team and lead our restoration projects to success.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Fire/Water Restoration Supervisor to oversee restoration projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water and/or fire damage restoration, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively. The Water/Fire Restoration Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising restoration efforts, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all aspects of water and fire damage restoration projects.

Lead and manage a team of restoration technicians, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and according to company standards.

Conduct on-site assessments to determine the extent of damage and develop restoration plans.

Oversee the mitigation and restoration process, including water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and smoke/odor removal.

Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders throughout the restoration process.

Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or obstacles, and implement solutions to ensure timely completion.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.

Provide training and mentorship to restoration technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

Experience in water and/or fire damage restoration, with a proven track record of successful project management preferred

IICRC certification in water damage restoration and/or fire and smoke restoration preferred.

Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
