As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Fifo Homes, your primary responsibility will be to attract, source, and hire top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. You will play a crucial role in building a strong workforce that aligns with the company's goals and culture. Key responsibilities include:

Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.

Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to source potential candidates.

Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.

Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process for candidates.

Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.

Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process.

Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India is preferred.
