Join our client, a hyper-growth Enterprise SaaS startup led by a visionary repeat founder and passionate leader. Their Data Privacy/Security Governance Platform utilizes multiple patented AI technologies to revolutionize and protect customer data, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy laws for dozens of Fortune 100 organizations. Unified consent and preference management APIs enable seamless management across multiple channels.

Through greater transparency, they aim to enhance trust between businesses and consumers.

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our client's team. You'll be reaching out to mid-market and large enterprise clients, fostering client relationships, and driving sales growth. This is a hybrid role for candidates with the ability to commute to the office in Falls Church, VA, 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:

Generate meetings through cold calling, email, LinkedIn

Deliver excellent customer service and foster long-term relationships

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions

Utilize CRM and sales tools to track performance and manage pipeline

Requirements

Minimum qualifications:

1+ years in a BDR/hunter role in Enterprise SaaS sales

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Proficiency in cold calling (50+ calls per day), email and LinkedIn outreach

Proficiency in HubSpot, LinkedIn SalesNav, Apollo, Seamless, or similar tools

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in Data Security, Data Privacy Governance software sales

Experience selling to CCO, CIO, CISO, Chief Privacy Officer

Base compensation: $50,000-$60,000 per year (negotiable depending on the experience and skills)

OTE: $70,000-$80,000 per year (negotiable depending on the experience and skills)
