Sr, Business Analyst

Marathon TS is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to support our client in the Silver Spring, MD area. This is an onsite role, and the best candidate will be a clearable US citizen and have the following skills:

Description: Seeking a senior analyst or consultant with strong critical thinking skills to support the implementation of a multi-year strategic plan. Support activities include coordinating with multiple stakeholders to collect and analyze data, collaborating with senior level agency employes, tracking project progress towards key milestones, cataloguing IT systems, developing training programs, and conducting strategic assessments. This role requires a practitioner who can work independently and is able to adapt to evolving client requests.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Understanding of IT governance and technical assessments

• Familiarity with the current tools and technologies used in the Federal space (e.g., Salesforce, SharePoint, Appian, and Oracle)

• Experience with training programming and professional development strategies

• Microsoft PowerPoint (intermediate level)
