Experience range: (Min to Max years): 3 to 5 Years in SAC with atleast 1 year in SAP BW/HANA; with knowledge on HR module

Languages English, German(nice to have)

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Graduate.

3 – 5 years’ experience in SAC and at least 1 year experience in SAP BW.

Experience in creating SAC reports/Stories and planning solutions.

Experience in designing/implementing data models.

Good Understanding of SAP data structures, forecasting and analytical applications.

1+ years experience in solutions integrated with SAP BW.

Knowledge in SuccessFactors PA Stories and Planning, data modelling in general.

Knowledge in HR Context.

Knowledge on SAC predictive capabilities, Augmented analytics

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

SAC

3-5 years of experience in SAC reports, stories, and planning(compulsory)

Experience in HR analytics data.

Creating Models – HR Analytic & Planning Models using both Import & Live Data Connection.

Creating Calculated Measures, Restricted, Aggregated Measures.

Creating Stories – Responsive/Canvas

Experience with Advance planning functions like: Data Actions, Allocations

Creating Reports & Stories – SuccessFactors PA

Expert in creating SAC HR Stories, Data Actions, Planning models & functionalities.

Support and take over the design phase of PA together with project team and customer.

Professional and technical conception of HR Reports in PA.

Implementation and documentation in PA and SAC.

Application testing and enablement in PA and SAC.

SAP BW/HANA

Hands on work in SAP BW/HANa modeliing and reporting

Need to know the integration of SAP BW system with other systems, SAC mainly.

Experience in SAP BW/ABAP.
