The goal of the Content Moderation team is to ensure customers adhere to our acceptable content guidelines and copyright restrictions. We do this through manual and automated moderation processes and collaboration with other teams.
Your daily tasks will include:
Leading, coaching, and mentoring the Content Moderation team members, including conducting 1:1s, performance reviews, and team meetings
Leading and coordinating team projects, organizing communication and documentation, and implementing procedures to enhance the work of the team and the customer experience
Analyzing the team’s performance KPIs and metrics, making recommendations, implementing necessary work and schedule adjustments
Process auditing and improvement initiative execution
Introducing new processes and decision-making flows to comply with legal obligations and balance between business needs and individual priorities/values
What we expect from you:
Experience with managing people or teams
Understanding or background in work with legal agreements or legal language
Prior experience in content moderation, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role
Understanding of online content platforms, social media trends, and digital content creation
Experience in developing and implementing content moderation policies and procedures
Ability to balance the principles of free expression with the need to maintain a safe and respectful online environment and consider business decisions
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Strong communication and time-management skills
Strong critical thinking skills to identify emerging content risks and develop proactive strategies to address them
Passion for providing excellent customer service

Monthly salary EUR 2,000–2,500 gross, depending on work experience, education, and skills
