Maintenance Technician with SCADA Experience

Job Description

Required Qualifications:

Experience with Projects3+ years experience

SCADA Communications Software Required

Ability to update and troubleshoot a range of electrical or instrumentation systems

Ability to read and analyze electrical schematics

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to understand continuous and batch process control strategies

Possess a working understanding of the production process

Ability to configure and program a variety of control systems including PLC and HMI systems

Knowledge of reliability centered maintenance, planning and scheduling

Automation, electrical and/or instrumentation experience with Allen-Bradley and Siemens

Design and implementation knowledge of plant digital business

Knowledge and understanding of SCADA Software Communications

Principal Accountabilities

Compliance with all safety and food safety, and HR programs, policies, and regulations

Ability to work around and with raw meat

Ability to work in cold temperatures (between 33-36 degrees)

Ability to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods of time

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Ability to wear required personal protective equipment

Ability to work in a repetitive and fast paced environment

Ability to rotate through various positions/tasks
