Associate Director of Sales

Overview:

As the Associate Director of Sales, play a crucial role in driving the sales strategy and achieving revenue targets for the organization. He/she will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales plans, and fostering strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

·Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships

Supervises Sales managers.

Determines annual and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.

Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas and projecting expected sales volumes and profit.

Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply and demand.

Creating reports on sales performance

Update action plans and financial objectives.

Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales.

Attend all department meetings, hotel meetings and sales events as necessary.

Achieving sales growth and sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

Analyzing sales statistics/ trends

Able to provide trainings and lead Sales team.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field

Previous experience in a similar role in Hospitality

·Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and management

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.

Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.

Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
