Job Summary:

The Test Technician will function as a member of the Product Engineering department and will support testing for various projects from R&D to maintaining current products already in production. The Technician will assist engineering by supporting our current products testing by executing test plans, test stand support, and keeping stakeholders informed of testing progress. Testing mostly consists of torque testing of our current products for new features and assisting with calibration of motors.

Job Duties:

· Manage multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously

· Set up and calibrate sensors and instrumentation to gather useful test data

· Analysis and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems.

· Thoroughly document projects, test procedures, test results, etc.

· Assist with development of test plans

· Ensure that projects are executed to achieve cost and time goals.

Qualifications:

· Experience with load, torque, and temperature sensors, signal conditioning and instrumentation.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
