I NEEED A VIDEO EDITOR that uses CAPCUP and VIMEO or LOOM

Hi Dear I have a Youtube channel and I want to create REACTION VIDOES So I want to hire someone go on just a a trial firstly for 4 HOURS ( will PAY you for those 2 hours to see how well you can teach ) So I need: 1) How to create REACTION videos from other videos on Youtube using Capcut So i want someone to show me how 2) SCREEN CAPTURING -- I also want to do TUTORIALS and Screen share from my Desktop . So i want you to tell me wither you use VIMEO or Evmux to SCREEN SHARE and Show people my Tutorials and Reaction Videos that have been created ( cause I then will UPLOAD those Videos to to my YOUTUBE CHANNEL I LOOM ( as it gives a nice small CIRCEL video in the corner when i am screen sharing and I like that . But I do NOT like the fact that you only get 5 MIn Videos FREE use on LOom I use ZOOM too . but dont find the quality of the videos creat from Zoom So do you use CAP CUP ? And EXMUX for Screen sharing or going live?

( if not I am looking for FREE Screensharing software that is EASY EASY to use.
