Responsibilities include maximizing turnover and profits, managing expenses within budget, enhancing store aesthetics, and elevating customer service at 6-8 stores in the Namibia (Windhoek) Region.

Qualifications and Experience:

Qualifications:

Matric (a business-related qualification is advantageous)

Experience/Knowledge:

Prior experience as an Area Manager overseeing multiple stores

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Technical and Behavioral Competencies:

Supervise multiple locations within a designated region, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Flexibility to travel outside Cape Town when required

Develop strategies to achieve operational and financial targets.

Provide leadership and support to managers and staff to ensure goal attainment.

Monitor financial reports, sales, expenses, and profitability, taking necessary corrective actions.

Foster positive relationships with customers and vendors.

Conduct regular site visits to maintain performance standards.

Uphold company facility standards.

Address employee and customer issues with emotional intelligence.

Collaborate with departments like marketing and human resources to align locations with company objectives.

Engage in employee recruitment and selection.

Operate independently with efficiency.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Energetic, self-driven, and resilient with a passion for fashion.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong management and industrial relations skills.

Understanding of merchandising principles, fashion, and customer-centered approach.
