Marketing Executive (Salalah)

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy across all channels, coordinating all marketing activities and initiatives of the Salalah location carrying out promotional campaigns, and evaluating current trends.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events.

Develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.

Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.

Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.

Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met.

Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.

Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.

Develop marketing reports on a monthly basis and present them to the Marketing Manager.

Attend brainstorming sessions, daily standups, regular meetings, and meet with clients.

Prepare marketing budgets and financial strategies according to the organization's goals.

Assist in hiring and training marketing staff if required.

Adhere to all company rules and regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelors

3+ years of experience in marketing.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.

Experience with social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.

Excellent writing and communication skills.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Copywriting skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Audition, and Adobe Primer.
