Role Summary

The Training and Development Coordinator will be responsible for various coordination tasks within the Corporate Training and Development department. Focal point for Corporate onshore training booking schedules and other key projects.

Responsibilities

Liaise with corporate personnel, SME’s, and Line Managers to manage and maintain training requirements as per the Corporate Minimum Standard Onshore Training Matrix.

Co-ordinate training courses in relation to the Corporate Minimum Standard Onshore Training Matrix, expiry reporting and training request forms.

Liaise with training providers regarding bookings for corporate personnel attending courses.

Arrange course related travel and accommodation for personnel as required in line with Borr’s Travel Procedure.

Liaise with personnel booked on courses, providing joining instructions relating to training venue, travel and hotel arrangements.

Maintain all corporate personnel training records within the Training Management System (TMS).

Administrative maintenance of the TMS to ensure personnel details are in alignment with the Borr HRIS (Workday).

Assigning of Borr Introduction e-learning package to new employees and ensuring e-learning is assigned to corporate personnel as required and monitoring e-learning course compliance to determine revalidations.

Compiling compliance reports in Excel and Power BI format.

Verification of qualifications/documentation for new employees.

Assist and liaise with Corporate Training and Development Manager (T&D Manager) on all aspects of global training and competence - Borr Competence Assurance Management System (BCAMS)

Ensure effective maintenance of Mintra Training portal in relation to BCAMS & Borr specific e-learning courses.

Maintain register of Borr approved training vendors.

Manage and maintain Training Management of Change (MOC) register and requests to final approval stage. Focal for the MOC email address.

Produce monthly and ad-hoc training and competence compliance reports.

Support the review and revision of training procedures within Docmap (Borr Management System).

Support Corporate T&D Advisor with administration requirements of internal audits.

Support the PPA cycle and the development planning actions throughout the performance year for Corporate as directed by the Training and Development Advisor.

Provide assistance to the succession planning activities as directed by the Training and Development Advisor.

Support the Personal Objectives (Goals) Cycle and the planning throughout the year as directed by the Training and Development Advisor.

Assist in other Global Training/Learning, Competence and Development projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in training, competency and development within Oil & Gas would be advantageous.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in a coordination and administration role.

Proficient in use of Microsoft including excel and Power BI (advantageous).

Workday, Skills VX and Mintra system’s experience is highly desirable.

Ability to work as a team and individually, uses own initiative to identify and prioritize tasks.

Highly organised and responsive, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work to tight deadlines.

The role also requires that a high level of confidentiality be maintained.
