Application Engineer

DUTIES: Responsible for providing technical support to current customers. Expert in equipment installations & performing system analysis. Embodies safety leadership. Accountable for technical service support to customers. Develops others’ understanding based on expertise; Coaches/Mentors other Field Service Reps. Recognized as an expert in a minimum of one area. (1) Provides routine service support to Sales Representatives in strategic district accounts to execute agreed upon customer system assurance and continuous improvement plans. (2) Assists with start-ups of new applications in both existing customers and in new accounts. (3) Supports services include Sample testing, light maintenance, customer service, service report generation, chemical ordering, chemical inventory management, general labor activities. // QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Chemistry. (2) 4+ years of technical service or field sales support experience in industrial/mechanical environment with Water treatment experience - OR - Technical Degree with at least 1 year experience as an FSR // ONBOARDING DETAILS: IT Provisioning: (yes, required); PPE Requirement: (Safety shoes, helmet, safety glasses, safety gloves, ear plugs); Safety Risks: (Building Evacuation, Hand Tools, Chemical Handling, Electrical Safety, and Driving).
