Position Summary
The purpose of this role is to ensure all administrative tasks are executed accurately and in timely manner.
Role and Responsibilities
Providing support to dispatchers regarding operating and travel expenses
Providing support for school application and related activites
Booking medical check ups in the hospital
Hotel/flight reservations for management and employees and transportation arrangement for management personnel
Other tasks per Expat request
Ordering office and kitchen supplies, making sure that supplies are always on appropriate level
In charge for sample management – issuing documents for outgoing samples
Support the organization of company events
Support regarding office security with reporting irregularities
Control of office Costs (Mobile cost, Car Fuel cost etc)
New suppliers management
Supporting reception work
Preparing Check lists for employees
Support in People team activities and projects upon request
Skills and Qualifications
University degree or last year of study
Preferably some experience with administrative work
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Developed organization, coordination, and time-management skills, especially in work with documents and archives
Highly customer oriented with strong communication skills
Analytical and strategic thinking, problem solving attitude
Good team player and relationship building skills
Passionate and high level of responsibility
Orientation on simplicity
Always challenge processes for further improvement
