Job Description
We’re in search of a highly-motivated, people-friendly, organized human resources manager to lead our HR department. You will oversee all aspects of employee relations including recruiting new real estate agents.
You will play a key role in strategic planning and business administration. Ideal candidates are natural leaders, decision-makers, and team players capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Full-Time position Monday - Friday 8-5pm, Part-Time position Monday-Friday 9-1pm. PLEASE specify if you are interested in FT or PT.Compensation:
$31,000Responsibilities:
Reach out to qualified candidates, and explain the benefits of being a part of our company
Set up interviews for senior management
Coordinate trainings and schedule for new realtors
Update new policy changes
Help maintain employee and sub-contractor records and files
Keep track of realtors continuing education
Qualifications:
Demonstrate strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Citizenship - U.S. Citizen/Permanent Resident
Submit to a background and medical screening
Entry-level position, no previous experience required
Education - HS Diploma, GED, GED equivalent, or higher education level completed
Possess leadership qualities
