Spa Therapist

We are looking to hire a "Spa Therapist" for one of our clients.

Qualifications:

Certification or licensure as a Massage Therapist or Esthetician from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury hotel or spa environment.

Proficiency in a variety of massage modalities, skincare treatments, and spa therapies.

Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations and create memorable experiences.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with guests and colleagues.

Impeccable personal grooming and presentation standards.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).

Responsibilities:

Execute the Treatment in an extremely well-trained, professional, and comfortable manner, completely consistent with verbal and written descriptions while following the SOPs

Maintain the Treatment room and Spa area as per the brand standards.

Advise the Guest on appropriate treatments keeping in mind his needs and preferences.
