Concierge

We are looking to hire a "Concierge" for one of our client companies.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years experience in a concierge or guest services role, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality environment.

Strong knowledge of local attractions, dining options, entertainment venues, and transportation services in the area.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with guests from diverse backgrounds.

Impeccable organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) is preferred.

Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities:

Prompt and efficient handling of EPABX and the communication desk of the hotel.

Guest recognition on the phone and meeting guest requests efficiently with the usage of standard phrases at all times.

Handling guest complaints.

Maintaining house directories to date basic checks on telephone equipment on a periodic basis.

Coordinating with maintenance for telephone-related complaints.

Key role in fire alarm and emergency procedures in hotel
