We are looking to hire a "Room Attendants" for one of our client companies.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of the job.
Ability to work independently and efficiently, with minimal supervision, while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods.
Responsibilities:
Adherence to Step-by-step room cleaning procedures
Adherence to Super cleaning daily
Adherence to Defect free room policy (taking initiative to get the faults rectified)
Effective communication (answering paging & attending guest calls in benchmark time)
Contribution to maintaining the cleanliness of pantry & chute areas
Ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and property (handling of lost & found)
Clearance of check-out rooms in benchmark timing
Adherence to fast-moving amenities pick-up system
Effective adherence to guests' requirements to service
Ownership of the area allotted
