Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000

Position Summary

Responsible for meeting activities to meet the requirements of safety, quality and production in a manufacturing environment across 3 shifts.

Essential Functions

Establish and support a culture of Safety First, Zero Defects and Continuous Improvement (WCOPS)

Uphold and lead by example Oetiker Values and Code of Conduct

Develop objectives and plans taking into account budgets, capacity and resources

Drive corrective actions when performance objectives are not meant

Work jointly with other functions to ensure smooth operationsQualifications

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Strong ability to lead and motivate people

Experience in evaluating performance and taking corrective action

Think analytically and execute strategy

Communicate clearly verbally and in writing

Manage time effectively

Able to work independantly

Knowledge of IATF16949 and the automotive industry requirements preferred

Computer Skills, including MS Office and ERP systems

Human relation skills; ability to lead or be a member of a team

Education/Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Technical or Business field

5-10+ years leadership in a high volume manufacturing environment
