Overview:
The Customer Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and ultimately contributing to the company's success. This role is essential in managing the communication and interactions between the organization and its customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Correspond with international clients via email and other online channels for sales and other
queries.
Supervise the management, tracking and dispatch of orders for international and nation clients.
Establish follow-up and feedback loop with client and head office.
Liaise with head office, factory and international clients to establish efficient communication and
workflow.
Develop and maintain customer database and sales database.
Facilitate tea tasting sessions for international buyers and enthusiasts.
Track factory & head office stock of tea inventory
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Excellent listening and negotiation skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comprehensive written English
Ability to manage multiple projects with a sense of urgency
