What you will do as a Sanitation Lead:

Oversee staff on shifts to ensure live haul equipment is thoroughly washed, trailers are processed through bio dri, and meet safety, quality, and bio-security standards within set deadlines.

Direct and optimize shift operations to meet efficiency, quality, biosecurity, and safety goals

Assist in managing, scheduling, and prioritizing trailer washing and staffing

Train and coach new and current employees

Report any issues with quality, processes, equipment, materials, or labor

Handle necessary business or regulatory documentation

Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks like yard work, laundry, and restocking supplies

Conduct light maintenance on facilities, equipment, or trailers, and report any problems

Communicate with team to maintain quality, safety, biosecurity, and meet deadlines
