Calling all bilingual HR leaders! We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our production team located near New Ulm, MN. The HR Manager will leverage their bilingual skills in English and Spanish to effectively engage with the diverse workforce. This role will collaborate closely with supervisors and leads while supporting employee benefits. Compensation for this direct hire opportunity is $75,000-$95,000 per year, depending on skills and experience. Interested? Read below for more information. What you will do as an HR Manager:
Provide HR guidance to managers and employees on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness
Lead recruitment efforts for the production facility, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection
Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
Collaborate with the HR team to implement and administer HR programs and initiatives, such as performance appraisal systems, employee engagement surveys, and diversity and inclusion initiatives
Provide resources to employees regarding benefits, payroll, and HR-related inquiries
Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and system
What you need to be an HR Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
4+ years of HR experience, with a focus on employee relations
Ability to travel to other company locations, approximately 25% of the time
