Position Summary

Purpose of the job:

- To enhance visibility of Samsung products/solutions as a B2B prominent player in the Region.

- Develop a direct B2B contacts for Samsung with different verticals in the assigned region.

- To evaluate existing B2B competition for our solutions and products in the region.

- To generate sales that meets your assigned target.

- To help us in targeting the right sort of Tier II partners in your region to make your target achievable.

- To enhance communication skills with targeted Key accounts to create, nurture, attain an enduring loyal customer base.

- Follow-up local partners activity and requirement for the development of B2B products and meeting of end user needs

- Maximize sales revenue of each region (account) by setting sales strategies through market trend analysis.

- Set sales strategies that focus on customer satisfaction by studying the needs of customers in a region.

Role and Responsibilities

Key Objectives:

Local sales enhancement for Samsung products in very specials areas.

Continues relationship with Enterprise and big projects owners.

Develop and enhance the work channel in the market.

Planning his B2B account sales activities.

Solving the market issues and problems accruing due to business development.

[Sales management] Set the mid- and long-term sales strategy.

[Account management] Facilitate the mid- and long-term relationship with accounts and support the cooperation strategy that is aimed at benefiting both parties.

[Marketing sensing] Analyze the region's competitors and market trends and create reports on it.

[Demand projection] Project the region's demand to ensure that there is not setback to supply.

[Business opportunity development] Assist in the development of new accounts and business opportunities.

Position Responsibilities:

The successful applicant is responsible for:

To identify Key Accounts (K/A) and divide them.

Ensure a constant flow of Business Opportunities

Ensure measurable reporting criteria and constant (regular) visits to K/As. Nurture the relationship.

Handling the local partners inquires Sales and Technical

Doing local sales meeting for brand, product and solution awareness

Regular visit to local partners

Regularly gather intelligent information on addressable market and on Competition

Ability to partner with software houses, SI, ASPs and ISPs and even competitors to develop a turnkey solution that meets clients’ expectations and needs.

Build relationships with local Telecom companies and to increase the B2B run-rate sell-out to end users.

Market analysis to secure more projects in the future.

Providing B2B technical consultancy base on Samsung products.

Regularly update GSBN on all new BOs and update existing ones that you have entered.

Sending weekly reports.

Owning your B2B stakeholders (distributors, resellers, SI…etc.)

Presenting Samsung products and solutions to B2B K/A. (To provide you with training and presentations)

Providing trainings and presentations to B2B customers and channel partners.

Following up on marketing events.

Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures.

Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors.

Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.

Skills and Qualifications

Experience, Education and Skills

- University degree [Bachelor or Master] with minimum 7 years of experience in the solution business and Mobile Product.

- Solid proven experience in B2B sales and account management.

- Exemplary in writing clear reports, methodical in finding the facts and

communicating it with Head of Department.

- Obstacle-solving skills, presenting problems with solutions and ways out.

Identifying target, measuring the gap and identifying ways for bridging the gap.
