The Role: Night Monitor - On Call (midnight-8:00 am) The Night Monitor lives onsite at the property with housing and utilities at no cost! The position is an on-call position only, and is unpaid except when responding to an after-hours situation at the property.

What You'll Do: You'll be responsible for monitoring the security of the building between 12:00 midnight and 8:00 a.m. Respond to all confrontational & emergency situations. Respond to resident needs to access the building in event of lockout. Prepare written incident reports. Meet with the Senior Property Manager regarding any resident who violates policy during overnight hours. Fill in at the front desk as appropriate.

What You'll Bring to VSH:

Ability to get along well with residents and coworkers. Excellent skills in conflict resolution. Ability to handle emergency situations. Good oral/written communication skills.
