Position Overview

Far Ridgeline Engagements LLC, a QinetiQ US company, is seeking a senior plans and policy officer with Identity Data Management (IdDM) or Identity Signature Management (ISM) experience within the Department of Defense. Provide senior expertise to advise and assist the to implement policies, procedures, and plans to establish an effective DoD compliant operations support program. Ensure through work and supervision of the team the effective and timely accomplishment of requirements for government deliverables. Support development of program capabilities that enable client leadership to implement enhanced operational concepts.

Responsibilities

TS/SCI with CI Poly #QinetiqClearedJob

Draft policies, procedures, and plans to assist client in achieving compliance

Arrange and support the execution of appropriate legal, policy, and operational viability assessments of submitted documentation

Recommend policies and procedures above standard to address core concerns of modernization

Assist with the development of a robust training program to support clients current and future requirements

Schedule and support meetings to coordinate mission requirements across stakeholders

Assist with criteria for prioritizing and determining program(s) of support required to achieve operational objectives to meet client mission sets

Provide mentorship and supervision of mid-level and niche technician staff to accomplish client requirements

Draft roadmaps, strategic plans, reports, presentation materials, analyses, trackers, plans, annexes, amendments

Assist with establishing internal and external communication plans

Travel up to 25% of the time, inclusive of potential Overseas short-term travel

Required Qualifications

10 years’ experience conducting or supporting IdDM or ISM relevant missions within the Department of Defense across strategic and operational organizations

Advanced Planners Course. Can be substituted with 2 years’ policy and plans experience in support of IdDM missions at a strategic or national component

5 years’ experience working with Field Grade Officers or Equivalent within the Department of Defense

2 years’ experience briefing and interacting with Flag Officer or equivalent leadership

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced Technicians Course or equivalent

Due Diligence Course or equivalent

Experience with, or graduate of, a Cyber IdDM course

Experience with interagency programs and requirements
