The Waterworks is central Ohio’s largest full-service plumbing and drain cleaning company and is the ONLY plumbing company with our own in-house, on-site, fully accredited Apprenticeship Program!
Become a full-time employee, earning a salary and access to our full-time benefit offering while you work towards earning your Journeyman/Journeywoman Plumbing Certification. Our four-year program consists of required related instructional classes and on-the-job training. Over the four years, apprentices will work through a tier system; each consisting of performance criteria that must be met before advancing. After the completion of the program, apprentices are able to take the National Standard Journeyman/Journeywoman Plumber exam and apply for their journeyman/journeywoman plumbing license.
