About the Role:

As a Commercial Steel Foreman, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of commercial steel construction projects. From managing a skilled crew of 4-6 workers to ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations, your expertise will be instrumental in delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of 4-6 skilled workers, ensuring productivity and adherence to project timelines.

Utilize your expertise in steel erection techniques to oversee project execution with precision and efficiency.

If you possess NCCCO crane certification, you'll have the opportunity to operate cranes on-site, facilitating seamless construction processes.

Maintain a strong focus on safety, enforcing adherence to OSHA regulations and promoting a culture of safety awareness among team members.

Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing clear and timely communication throughout all project phases.

Requirements:

7-8 years of hands-on experience in commercial steel erection, demonstrating proficiency in project management and crew leadership.

While not mandatory, possession of NCCCO crane certification is preferred.

A strong commitment to safety, with thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effectively liaising with project stakeholders.
