Requirements:
3-12 years of experience working in education law representing school districts regarding IEP's and 504 plans required
Litigation experience preferred, not required this role can be consultative
Licensed to practice in Ohio
Partners will need to have some transferable business, associates and senior associates will not
Have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player
Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
