Key Accountabilities:
Manages and ensures efficient running of Front Desk operations
Provides efficient and personalised service to guests, and caters to any special requests
Handles guest enquiries and guest complaints in a courteous and efficient manner
Monitors billing, cashiering and cash handling procedures
Mentors, guides and encourages Front Desk Agents to build rapport and teamwork
Covers overnight shifts of the Front Desk section
General Requirements:
Minimum of one year experience in similar role would be preferred
Hands-on experience with MS Office and PMS System
Excellent customer interaction skills
Fluent in spoken English and Chinese
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Overnight Front Desk Agent
