Job Description

Blending Operator (cement)

Shift: 2nd shift

Salary: $18.5/hr.

Blend Operators execute daily production requirements, achieving safety, housekeeping, quality, rate objectives, and participating in continuous improvement activities as directed. Blend Operators must be able to work independently within the framework of a team while demonstrating a positive attitude.

The ideal candidate must have experience in a production environment, basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of production processes and equipment. Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills are essential.

Duties:

Optimize production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.

Design and implement blending programs to match customer requirements.

Ensure safety standards are adhered to during production.

Monitor, maintain and control the blending process.
