Title: Commercial Solution Sales Specialist
Location – Ashburn, VA (1 day a week onsite)
Duration: Perm
Base Salary: $90-110K (total compensation first year $130-150k with commissions)
Process: 2 rounds (screen + panel)
Must Haves:
3+ years of Commercial/Industrial HVAC sales experience
High School Diploma / GED required
Must be able lift/carry 20 pounds, climb ladders/stairs, be comfortable working on roofs/platforms
Must be able to pass an MVR.
Pluses:
Comfortable with Utilizing CRM’s to manage customer interactions
Outstanding sales/negotiation skills and goal-orientated with strong time management and organizational skills
Hunter’s Personality, this role will be heavily focused on bringing in new clients.
Self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
Experience selling commercial HVAC service contracts
Experience selling boilers and chillers, and replacement HVAC units.
Strong ability to develop and sustain customer relationships.
Effective presentation and communication skills
Responsibilities and Day to Day:
As the Commercial HVAC Solutions Sales Specialist for Modernizations or Controls, you will be responsible for pursuing large opportunities that help our customers modernize their equipment pursuing opportunities for both plan/spec and design/build or direct-to-owner projects.
This role is a great fit for you excel at building relationships, have outstanding customer service and love working with cross-functional teams. This is the ideal role for those that are adept at assessing and understanding both the immediate and future needs of customers. This role is more of a pure sales role and not much account management. It will be heavily focused on cold accounts and accruing new business for the region.
