Job Title: Superintendent - Data Center Construction

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000

Location: Virginia

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.

Uphold a steadfast commitment to safety, implementing and enforcing all company and OSHA guidelines.

Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and maintain project timelines.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with building codes.

Manage project documentation, including reports, photos, and change orders.

Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and communication among project teams.

Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).

Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial construction, with a focus on Data Center projects.

Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects.

Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
