Role Description

This is a full-time in-office role for a Construction Coordinator located in Chantilly, VA. The Construction Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. The coordinator will work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure efficient workflow and successful project delivery. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Experience in coordinating and managing construction projects

Knowledge of HVAC systems and construction processes

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to work collaboratively with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients

Proficiency in project management software

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Construction-related certifications or licenses are a plus
