Outside Territory Sales Representative

Market Force is a Midwest-based manufacturer's representative agency representing the safety, industrial, construction, and public safety markets. Market Force is looking for a salesperson who can add to and build on an established Central-to-Southwest Ohio and Kentucky territory while growing with an established industry leader.

Are you project-oriented? Do you have personal accountability? Are you customer-focused? Since manufacturer’s agents work independently, you must be self-motivated, disciplined, and interested in growth and financial independence.

To be successful, you should have:

Bachelor's degree

Preferably 2+ years of sales experience

Live in the central Ohio area.

Ability to achieve goals, accomplish projects, and maintain and organize a territory.

Ability to travel overnight is required; six nights per month, on average.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Experience with CRMs is helpful (i.e., Salesforce.com).

Your responsibilities as the Outside Sales Representative will include:

Identifying, developing, and closing new businesses through our existing distributor network.

Training and educating distributors and end-users on the manufacturers Market Force represents.

Managing the current territory and growing relationships to deliver results.

Managing territory in central to southwest Ohio and all of Kentucky.

Best-in-Class Benefits and Perks:

Compensation will start between $60,000-$90,000 based on experience. Our benefits package includes:
