Senior Network Engineer

CBTS is currently seeking a Network Engineer for a position located in Columbus OH.

Responsibilities:

- Lead projects for SDWAN Architecture implementation (VeloCloud, Meraki) across various projects.

- Troubleshoot and manage Cisco VPN, including the CMPV dashboard and ensuring secure and reliable connectivity for remote operations.

- Streamline and improve ticket queues for Level 1 support and beyond.

- Engage in proactive management of network systems through firewalls in store environments.

- Collaborate with international vendors and manage relationships to ensure smooth operations.

- Work on the strategic direction of future technology and the transition from on-premises to cloud-based solutions.

- Support all voice/UC collaboration products, including Call Manager, Unity, Contact Center, and video conferencing.

Qualifications:

- In-depth knowledge of network engineering and IT project delivery.

- Experience with Cisco VPN and Aruba Wifi solutions.

- Familiarity with WAN circuit upgrades and voice gateway technology.

- Proven track record of managing and delivering complex IT projects.

- Ability to work as the sole on-call engineer, with potential to support expansion of the team.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to work on both project-based and break-fix tasks.

- Demonstrated capability to work with minimal direct customer interface.
