Job Description

The Office Assistant/Housekeeper on a property plays a key role in the team by delivering a world-class customer experience to clients through marketing outreach, advertising, leasing, resident outreach, administrative duties, resident loyalty events, cleaning of common areas and vacant units.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES, FUNCTIONS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Showing rental properties on site

Assist in the lease signing process, includes preparing lease paperwork.

Provide "World Class Customer Service" to those that they interact with and serve daily.

Generate new ideas to problems or innovates around already established approaches.

Plan and organize tasks in an efficient productive manner.

Focus on assigned key priorities.

Exhibit attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.

Use empathy to understand the needs of others and take action to meet clients' needs.

Look for ways to improve and promote quality performance.

Adjust quickly to changing priorities. Cope effectively with complexity. Flex around new ideas, processes, or environments.

Data entry of resident information and payables.

Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, stairways, and other work areas so that health standards are met.

Check inventory of all consumables and replace them when appropriate.

Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.

Clean and sanitize toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, and sinks.

Clean and sanitize the kitchen area including cabinets and appliances.

Vacuum and clean carpets and rugs.

Sweep, vacuum, polish, and mop hardwood, and tile floors.

Clean mirrors and other glass surfaces.

Empty trash receptacles and disposes of waste.

Exhibit exemplary attendance and punctuality.

Comply with company policies and procedures.

Most Saturday's required.

Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & RELATED EXPERIENCE

A high School Diploma or equivalent GED is required.

A minimum of one year of administrative experience is preferred.

A valid driver's license
