Your Role in our Team
You will be responsible for the ongoing SAP HCM applications, focusing on personnel administration, time management, payroll, and related interfaces
Additionally, you will take on module, application, and process responsibility. Your role involves advising departments on processes and the technical implementation of requirements in SAP HCM systems
You will also take the lead in SAP HCM projects and play a role in SAP projects as a part or IT project leader
Proactively, you will advise the HR department on innovations in the SAP HCM environment and best practices
Beyond hands-on problem management, you will be involved in the continuous improvement and optimization of existing solutions
Coordinating and testing support packages, as well as designing, planning, and conducting user training and workshops, will also be part of your responsibilities
Additionally, you will manage external service providers
Your Profile
You hold a successfully completed degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering, or a similar qualification
Furthermore, you have accumulated 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field
Fluent communication in German and English is not a challenge for you
Your portfolio includes knowledge of Employee and Manager Self Service in SAP HCM, as well as SAP HCM BW
Terms like personnel cost planning, release changes, and SAP updates are familiar to you
You have experience with structural authorizations, organizational management, as well as ABAP and Web-Dynpro
Ideally, you have basic knowledge in SuccessFactors/Integration
You are open-minded, work independently and responsibly, and are eager to contribute your knowledge to our team
