Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Service heating, air conditioning, ventilation equipment, and other products, following all safety rules and manufacturer specifications
Identify, wire, and start-up complete residential systems
Troubleshoot, recommend and resolve/repair all issues to keep equipment functioning properly
May perform start-ups, testing & recording results for each system during start-up to ensure the system is functioning properly
Perform proper inspection of system and inform dispatch/customer of any outstanding concerns
Explain each service and repair performed to dispatch/customer
Directly coordinate with office for day-to-day work schedule
Facilitate orders for all parts required for appointments and ensure preparedness for the day of service
Transport parts, materials and tools to the job site and provide proper accounting of assigned items
Debrief all service(s) provided with dispatch/customer after each service call with respective documentation
Inspection of area for cleanliness after job completion
Maintain company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside and out
Abide by all company standards of performance and code of ethics
Maintaining a courteous demeanor with all customers and associates
Ensure all foot ware has protective floor savers while working in client home
Provide excellent customer service
Complete paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough and timely manner
Follow safety policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years old
Lift up to 50 pounds
Able to work at heights and use a ladder
1+ HVAC service experience
EPA Certification
Solder/Brazing skills
Able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
Comfortable in small, confined spaces like attics
Able to withstand extreme temperatures and weather conditions while wearing PPE
Go up and down stairs
Adhere to strict safety, quality, and organizational standards
Able to use a computer for basic tasks
Ability to work overtime with little notice; weekend hours may occasionally be required
Have a valid driver's license and able to drive to and from job sites
