Responsibilities
Encourage employee relations with the goal of maintaining trusted relationships with leaders and employees and supporting issue resolution.
Continuously raise the bar through functional process improvements and other valued added initiatives in support of plant success.
Regularly involved with employee engagement practices to improve morale.·
Evaluate appropriate business focuses across groups including the assessment of assess effectiveness, and identification of any gaps, or areas of improvement
Aim to support business goals, enterprise goals, and sector HR strategies
Develop trusted partnership/coaching relationship with leaders/teams that enhances their impact
Qualifications
5+ years' experience in Human Resources, ideally within a manufacturing environment
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
Some background supporting payroll and benefits administration
Ability to work and converse at all levels of the organization.
Highly organized and comfortable managing competing priorities
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
