We are looking for a talented Field Service Technician to join our team based in Port Moresby!

**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**

+ Deliver a first-class service to our customers

+ Complete service, repairs, and maintenance of heavy diesel products in the field, on clients’ sites and in our workshop as required

+ Perform preventative maintenance activities as scheduled

+ Identify additional service opportunities for clients

+ Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and reports any issues / incidents to site management and to their supervisor

+ Complete required documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, quality documents via handwritten forms or business system input screens

**To be successful in this role you will need the following:**

+ Must be Qualified Tradesperson

+ Basic level field service work experience

+ Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Preferred)

+ Technical Training Certificate (TTC)/Vocational diploma from relevant technical institution

+ Locally valid driving permit

+ This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations

+ Intermediate level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products

+ Customer service experience

**Compensation and Benefits**

+ Monday to Friday 7.30 to 4.30pm and Saturday half day

+ Competitive hourly rate paid as a permanent salary
